Enrico Chinellato is a designer working across brand identity and strategy, visual communication, spatial design and creative consultancy. Established in 2016 with a foundation in architecture and a PhD in design, my practice grew from a genuine desire to engage closely and meaningfully with the people and organisations I partner with.

At the heart of everything I do is one formula: brand-making is place-making.
Whether designing a visual identity, a publication, a website or a spatial installation, I approach each project as the creation of a place people would want to encounter, navigate and inhabit. I am drawn to the complexity behind every brief and to the people and organisations at the centre of it. I am convinced that strategy, concept, form and aesthetics only emerge from truly attending to their needs, their context and the place the work will occupy in their lives.

This sensibility shapes a practice that is collaborative, research-led and deeply attentive. The outcome of my work is thoughtful and consistent, minimal yet versatile, purposeful and built to last.

How I Work

Every project begins with listening. I take the time to understand the context, the people involved and the brief behind the brief: the needs, values and ambitions that don't always make it onto the page.

From this understanding, research, conversation and iterative making allow strategy and form to emerge gradually and with purpose. I work closely with clients and collaborators throughout, remaining genuinely open to where the process leads.

Building lasting relationships is as important to me as the work itself. I stay involved through to delivery and beyond, overseeing production carefully and ensuring the final work is implemented with the same care it was conceived. Once a project is complete, I remain present, following up and offering ongoing support as needs evolve.
